Moonfish Theatre is a partnership run by co-directors Ionía ní Chróinín, Máiréad ní Chróinín and producer Jo Cummins. Moonfish Theatre has no board of directors.

Moonfish Theatre is committed to complying with the Governance Code, the principles of good fund-raising and the recommended guidelines for financial reporting.
